Inlays and Onlays

These restorations are used when fillings are not indicated but crowns are not necessary. They offer the benefit of restoring a tooth in a more conservative manner than crowning it. These restorations can be made of tooth colored materials, silver or gold metals. They can be made directly in the mouth or fabricated by a dental lab.

More conservative than a full crown, these porcelain or gold restorations are a great option to provide stability and function to a tooth that requires more than a filling. Most patients prefer a natural looking poreclain, but they can also be gold.
